The Alliance is an open movement formed by associations and companies of all sizes and multiple sectors that defends the right to a free and neutral internet in Brazil.

We believe that the proposal to create a network fee, defended by large telecommunications companies, is against the public interest of Brazilians. Neutral internet is conquered by Brazilians since the 2014 Civil Rights Framework for the Internet. We were born in 2023 to help Brazil have a modern debate connected to the international experience through a free, toll-free internet.
